 Michael Demar

Mike has been working in the Food Service Industry for over 18 years. From his humble beginnings as a dishwasher to his evolution as a Chef Manager, Mike understands the value of all areas of food service. He has held positions as Food and Beverage Manager for a Philadelphia Catering and Conference Center and has worked in the kitchens of some of the finest restaurants and banquet halls in the city. Mike earned his Culinary degree at a local Philadelphia College and earned a 2nd degree in Business Management. He lives in Montgomery County with his wife and daughter.

Brad Orenstein

For over 28 years, Brad Orenstein has owned and operated The Gourmet Vendor Inc. (A unique Cart Catering Company) in the Philadelphia and surrounding Areas. His company has catered well over 10,000 parties and events in the past 28 years.  Brad Orenstein is well known in the catering industry as a pioneer with his unique catering style. Brad graduated from Drexel University in 1986 with a dual degree in Accounting and Finance. He worked in accounting for several years; however he finally left the field to pursue The Gourmet Vendor full time. To date he has even earned a Masters Degree. Brad resides in Bucks County with his Wife and 2 children.


Together Mike and Brad have over 45 Years experience in the Food and Catering Industries. Together with the experiences and resources Casual Catering has the ability to cater corporate and social events of any size. Our mission is to continue and expand Casual Catering. We believe in having the Superior Food, Exceptional Services and all at a fair price. We understand Catering is a Service and we are here to help and serve our customers in anyway.
